My interview with maq hr and other staff

 by seeing post of deepthi vasishta in our school group  responded by  typing little text to forward my resume and uploaded resume in Facebook. I got a reply" sure, I will forward your resume"......and any time they may call, check mails regularly  

 I never expected any phone calls because I got no response to my resume forwarded to many hr.'s but suddenly I got call form MAQ. I hope she was neetukrishnan and verified all that details  and asked "I am ready to come for interview tomorrow" . in a shock or excitement I simply said "yes mam I will definitely come to interview tomorrow

she asked me take print of the call letter. they wont allow the persons to enter into company with out any call letter, come for interview@ 10 am...... thanks and that end of conversation

21^st (the day of interview)

I had two plans to do this day 1) to attend maq interview and 2)advantage 2012 program at Novatel high-tech city

I was not prepare for interview, just want to be what I am.....even there is nothing to know and to learn in this 4 hours available and prepared all the required documents that required for interview and try to sleep fast as possible but I cant able to sleep soon......

Due to that disturbed sleep I wake up lately to the expected time @6......,,,,,,

Gone to malakpet railway station at 9 and cached multi mode transport system and  reached high-tech city at 11 and  followed map attached to call letter  finally after much difficulty reached company at 11:45 I am in to the company tensed and asked a candidate expected he also came for interview my expectation was correct and he is also for interview from NIIT ,by signing in visitor register I find except me all are from NIIT it was too good...and thanked deepthi

Interview room is v.good and hr can see through glass... i am free from tension that I no nothing and I am from ece background......I sat in sofa with other members they conducting interview for five minutes ,hope can with stand for 5 minutes and impress hr. At some time I was alone waiting for interview, then get of the sofa and start reading post ,photos and at end magazines in that room b4 HR cabin there are two clocks in that hall one clock according to Indian time and other is 30 min faster than Indians clock.

At 12:2 hr called me to came inside..........

I stood before hr, aside of the chair waiting for the hr permission and hr asked me resume and asked my name and requested me to take seat .........................

Asked me to say about my self.....

I started  with my educational carrier and then my family back ground and next to my hobbies

I explained why i chosen engineering and with this my interview became in to discussion and this this hr got impressed with me........

Hr:- as I am ece he given two option so he can ask in that topic

       1).general question

      2).computer networks

I said to ask question form both topics.......

After the end of fir round.....hr asked me to stay in room....hr went of the room and came back with other person........

He started asking to say about my self...... i started saying another version of me and what i did in engineering.......

With this he find i am passion to words electronics ....... asked me to choose one of the this.....................soft programmer ,testing ,system engineer.

I said i can do any kind of job i prefer system engineer because it sounds near to my core electronics.......

After a long conversation between them that said to me to go and search of core jobs it was only one month  completed ur graduation search another 2 months for a job in electronics  ur profile is to good and keep touch with us...we want u to come after 2 months....

i said thanks and get of the company...even i like to see deepthi  i am not able bcos no contact no
..... thanks deepthi
